1- Personal:

a. Problem solver (achieves tasks alone with no supervision) is a must.

b. Teamwork enthusiastic (understand sharing knowledge and giving help to other members and teams).

c. Responsible and disciplined (Time-promptness, delivers contracted quality on time) is a must.

d. Business-oriented mind (understands customers’ business process and how to resolve their challenges).

2- Technical:

a. OSS (Open-source-software) oriented.

b. PHP master including its add-ons and libraries is a must.

c. Ruby-on-rails is an addition.

d. RDBMS best knowledge especially with MySQL and MS SQL. Full understanding of distributed databases and load-balancing is a must.

e. Joomla Knowledge. 

f. DNN knowledge.

3- Engineering:

a. Works with design/ lifecycle applications is a must.

b. Configuration management and versioning.

c. Project management methods oriented.

d. Project and in-line Documentation.
