Description • Monitor and analyze and forecast sales and trends to determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed for the assigned suppliers. • Represents the company at the assigned suppliers; in order to communicate purchase orders to achieve the companys sales targets while maintaining the agreed upon stock level. • Issue the Purchase Orders to the assigned suppliers. • Handling Purchasing Process from Purchase Requisition to Receiving by Warehouses. • Revises the received order quantities and value to place another order if needed. • Claims and collects all claims that may result from the process of sales (E, B damages and FU). • Visits suppliers to focus on rare items availability, new items and new launches. • Follows up on bonus items sales and stock. • Ensure the availability of the suppliers’ bonus and discounts monthly scheme in IBN SINA • Collects and reports all useful data from suppliers (Production shortage, Rare items quota, promotions ………..). • Suggests and follow-up items need to transfer between branches (Balancing Inventory). • Fulfills all the branches needs (Special approvals, Goods…) through Head Office sales employees. • Achieves all suppliers sales targets.
Qualifications University Graduation. Bachelor degree Commercial — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling pharmaceutical products
Gender Any
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Very good in computer skills (Office applications).
