Finance Manager

• Control of reporting and accounting under the company’s Standards.
• Control of tax reporting and submit to TA under Local country’s Law ( tax returns, Quarterly reports, Monthly reports)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annually Financial reporting under IFRS as per the Zone requirement and country statutory.
• Direct and participate in management studies, prepare presentations to the management team and the Zone managers as needed ( variance cost and sales analysis, comparison with budget, forecast, cost saving, Capex, KPI, Money request form)
• Prepare weekly & monthly Cash Flow forecast.
• Tax management focusing on optimization of tax returns.
• Control of invoicing to contract specifications & budget.
• Management of and Inventory, cost management.
• Suppliers/ Clients payment control.
• Perform surprise audits visits to the locations to check the internal control system.
• Promote the internal training of its subordinates to improve their capabilities and skills in coordination with HCM.
.• Establish all procedures to mitigate the risks pertaining to the company activities.
• Stay alert on all new laws, decrees, changes in social, financial & tax legislation and provide proper advises & guidelines to reduce their impact on the company business strategies & planning.
• Plan and coordinate the year end financial audit with external auditors
• Support operational & functional teams in their day to day activities by providing all necessary analysis and reports to enhance the control and streamline work processes.
• Provide assistance to Commercial Department in evaluation of tenders in terms of legal, tax and finance risks.

 
Specifications.
• Holder of a Degree in Finance or Accountancy with an operational and entrepreneurial attitude.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Real Estate filed..
• Highly developed in operations and financial skills.
• Ability to impart knowledge, delegate, train and empower the in-country team.
• Ability to interact with Executive Committee members
• Autonomous, with good leadership and management skills.
• Problem solving attitude, proactive, high capacity to perform in a remote environment
• Fluency in English is a must
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MS Outlook, 
• Knowledge of Oracle applications
• Ability to travel to remote sites / projects within the country.
