Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager: 
The main responsibilities:
1. Maintain the organizational structure in company.
2. Hire new stuff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training the new employees. 
3. Ensure the planning, monitoring and appraisal employees work.
4. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all job positions.
5. Maintain the technical and the professional knowledge for all stuff in the head office and the sales stuff. 
6. Organizing the trainings and the workshops.
7. Handle the benefits and the compensation for all employees in head office and sales stuff. 
8. Follow up the attendance of Employees and all personnel issues. 
The qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR management (in plus)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR position 
3. Fluency in English Language. 
The skills:
1. Work under pressure 
2. Very good communication skills 
3. Very good in computer skills (Microsoft office)
4. Work accurately with close attention to details
5. Main confidentially of sensitive information 
6. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
