KSA - Technical Support Specialist

Urgently required Technical Support Specialist for a leading Automotive Company in KSA, Jeddah

Duties and Responsibility:

Provide/elaborate product information in the form of driver information, maintenance and repair tips to the manufacturer, customers & workshops.
Perform technical visits to the customers & workshops and elaborate the proper reports.
Monitor the product maintenance performed by the customers.
Provide any technical & organizational advice to Fleet Owners.
Perform parts inspection and elaborate the proper reports.
Provide support to the Pre Delivery Inspection.
Elaborate technical reports to the manufacturer.
Participate on the Internal Warranty Audits.
Elaborate, together with the National Warranty Supervisor, the Warranty Figures (Top 10 Failures, Service Measures, etc.) and communicate with the manufacturer.
Conduct correspondence between all the parties (MYNM, Manufacturer, and Customer).
Coordinate any technical visit from Manufacturer to Customer.
Qualifications: 

B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in automobile industry or vehicle service technical sector.
Good computer skills & Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English language spoken, written and understanding.
Good presenting skills.
