Description
• Receiving the RF& reviewing the procurement plan. • Contact suppliers to review the prices, delivery period& payment methods • issuing procurement plan reference to the RF. •Doing all shipping works that related with supply orders in accordance with the terms contracted with suppliers. • Sending the shipping documents to financial department& follow up. • Sending the shipping documents to the ministry of communications to obtain the needed approvals& follow up. • Sending all documents for clearance of shipments& follow up the workflow. • Receiving the delivery bills of supply orders from the warehouse. • delivering confirmations to customers& follow up validation. • Any tasks are assigned according to work requirements. • Maintain a decent behavior, a business like conduct and good appearance. •Availability for any emergency Situations 24/7 including readiness to travel inside Egypt.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. of Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent (Accounting Major is preferred) • Good English& Computer skills. • Minimum 3-5 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field –“Purchasing field” •High level of communication & negotiation skills with different levels. • High ability to maintain high level of accuracy, proficiency& confidentiality.
