Job Duties :
• Understand the company products and services offering 
• Manage and coach the telemarketing team 
• Enhance and improve the telemarketing process. 
• Generate new leads for the company product & Services 
• Initiate new calls to generate qualified and secured appointments with decision makers of potential customers. 
• Build and Enric
h the company leads database and leads profiling through different means and sources including account searches on the internet. 
• Assess prospect needs and document potential sales 
opportunities to account managers. 
• Log calls and update database accurately with prospect information. 
• Present daily reports and other related performance feedback. 
• Review monthly hit rate and status report. 
• Help in department coordination, proposal preparation and documentation 
• Help in department general business development and marketing activities whenever needed
Qualification:
• Good Communication skills 
• Time management 
• Understanding of the enterprise software market. 
• HR background is preferred
Gender : Female
Experience : • 0-2 years of experience 
• Has experience as Telesales or/and Telemarketing 
• Preferred to be experience in selling S/W products 
Education : Preferred to be graduated from Language School
