Territory Sales Manager

One of our clients is a regional food company and is looking for a Territory Sales Manager who'll be based in Cairo. You would be responsible for Egypt and Jordan, and the job includes some limited Trade Marketing activities. We need driven and ambitious people who will quickly evolve vertically and/or internationally. The salary is attractive.

Job Description
• Responsible for development of brand Delicio Business across market segments in designated territory to achieve set target across Products, packs, value on a monthly basis by working closely with AATCO Delicio distributor/(s).

• Achieve benchmarked parameters of Delicio numeric & weighted distribution by effectively devising & implementing Sales & Distribution plan in coordination with distributor team to gain market share for Delicio product categories.

• Establish good relation with key contacts in key account segment and implement Delicio Key Account Development Plan (KADP) in coordination with distributor team.

• Maintain a physical presence in the territory thru independent and joint Work*Withs along with Distributor team to ensure understanding of customer’s needs and consumer insights.

• Develop and Implement Delicio LCP & CCP plans and value add to the process thru closer follow-up. 

• Responsible for Delicio NPI launch & nurturing to develop market shares in designated territory. 

• To ensure Delicio products are represented in the retail market shelf at right selling price and ensure brand/product health as per the benchmarks.

• Maintain the clear positioning, identity and brand vision for Delicio in the designated territory.

• Inventory management / trade channels management / Key account Management / Distributor management.

• Submit Monthly & Forth nightly reports on Territory sales & distribution achievement Vs budgeted.
Skills
Candidate Basic Qualifications//Experience requirement:
• Minimum University Graduate & MBA preferred. 
• 2-5 years of experience at supervisory level (minimum) in good FMCG Manufacturing / FMCG distribution companies.
• Age, between 21 -32 years.
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic (must) / Good Leadership skills as the role involves managing Distributor Middle management & sales team and should be able to grow within organization structure in future.
