Job title: Office Manager

Location: Egypt

 

 

ICM Capital is seeking an Office Manager who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate with a keen interest in the financial markets to move to an innovative and fast growing foreign exchange company.


Brief description


The position of office manager consists of being responsible for providing administration and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations


Main responsibilities


1)      Scan/file and retrieve company documents, records, and reports

2)      Maintain and update filing system.

3)      Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;

4)      Perform general duties such as, completing stationary/supplies orders

5)      Prepare invoices, reports, letters using word processor, spreadsheet databases

6)      Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority and directing them accordingly

7)      Coordinates arrangements and sets up meeting rooms when required

8)      Open and sort incoming correspondence such as mail, faxes

9)      Assist the marketing Assistant with the organising of events, printing of marketing material

10)   Assist manager with HR responsibilities

11)   Ensure the office is kept in a presentable manner in accordance with company standards

12)   Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required


Skills


1)      High School diploma or equivalent


2)      Ability to give full attention and actively look for ways to assist others


3)      Excellent communication/written skills in both English and Arabic


4)      Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,


5)      Flexible to travel


6)      Third language is a plus
