Description
1. Execute projects site construction work according to specifications, costs and delivery dates.
2. Cooperate with the project manager and planning and follow up engineer on planning the projects time schedule.
3. Revising project drawings and specifications.
4. Specify equipment needed for project execution in cooperation with the project manager.
5. Identify projects need of subcontractors in cooperation with the project manager.
6. Allocating projects workload on execution engineers and technicians.
7. Preparation of purchase orders for supplies and materials necessary for the project.
8. Preparing subcontractors interim payment and submit to the project manager.
9. Attending periodic meetings and follow up on implementing discussed topics.
10. Supervising projects execution engineers performance and disciplining them instantly.
11. Supervising subcontractors work and solving any problems with them instantly.
12. Supervising diversified sites supplies such as companies supplies, or subcontractors to validate their conformance with specifications and authenticate delivery reports.
13. Lead, motivate and supervise projects execution staff.
14. Carry out any additional tasks and duties as required by the project Manager.

Qualifications - BSC Civil Engineering - Experience in projects execution.

Gender Male

Education major Civil Engineering

Experience 6 - 9 Years.

Other Skills - Management and organization skills. - Leading, motivation and control of staff . - Negotiation skills. - Communication skills. - Computer skills. - English proficiency.
