Description
-To confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors.
-To review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards. -To train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
-To run internal assessments to assess the candidates to identify core competencies, knowledge and talent gaps to prepare current and future leaders for the organization and training needs.
-To prepare training budget for department or organization.
-To deploy company mapping in the company.
-To work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the company.
-To ensure that training requirements are met.
-To develop training plan and training calendar semi-annually.
-To organize training plan after approval.
-To evaluate training and development programs

Qualifications HR diploma is a must. MBA is a plus. Train the trainer certificate is a must. Any training related certificates is a plus

Gender Any

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
