Description This position covers a broad range of responsibilities within our company. Typical assignments include supporting the production of high quality proposals, reports, and presentations by coordinating all preparatory aspects of work, including focused research, drafting / editing, as well as administrative elements; attending donor and client meetings; supporting the CEO on specific projects; providing operational and administrative support to the CEO. in addition to remote assistance to the Business Development Services Center. As the CEO is usually under lots of strict deadlines, his Executive Assistant needs to match his pace, understand messages and act on them quickly, and maintain a code of confidentiality.
Qualifications •Two years of experience in administration field •Academic Degree - business or related field •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; •Good command of Arabic; •Cooperative and adaptable to change •Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability •Must be able to work independently and produce high quality work
