Description   Calculate House calls of chemists or the deductions made on the receptionists, bonuses, incentives and converting them into cash. * Receive the employees attendance books and convert the early leave and late comings into cash deductions. * Enter the data related to the salary calculation on the company salary system. * Calculate the employees overtime. * Calculate the total salary (net salary + taxes + insurance). * Answer the employees inquiries, complains & problems regarding the salaries and deductions and solve these problems.  
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field Human Resources Diploma is preferable. (Commerce - Accounting is Preferable)
Gender Any
Education major  Human Resources
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Previous Experience in SAP System is a Must. Excellent Analytical Skills. Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent Program Solving Skills. Excellent Internal Customer Service Skills.
