Description         * Assist in hiring needed Manpower (for all branches and head office) within a certain period of time * Perform searches for qualified candidates and make screening interviews. * Perform reference and background checks on applicants and employee referrals. * Develop ‘AL Mokhtabar– employment branding by participating in employment fairs. * Prepare recruitment status report on a weekly basis. * Assist in any assigned task related to the HR (Job descriptions, KPIs, medical care, etc).
Qualifications     Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field Human Resources Diploma is a must.
