Description 1.Train the Brand Ambassadors to deliver the trainings and news to the outlets staff (plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff) 2.Conduct Individual and Group Trainings to different Retail Chains as per the monthly agreed Training schedule 3.Maintain a high level of knowledge of technical product(s),
sales techniques and marketing trends. 4.Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs 5.Analyze all direct Competitors products and plan a solutions, then evaluate it before sharing it with the Regional Trainer Manager 6.Make market visits to get feedback on the trainings provided and update them 7.Provide Promoters with updates regarding new products
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree (preferable in business administration or marketing) •2-3 years of sales training experience •Excellent Presentation Skills, as well as the ability to motivate, and inspire the sales staff •Excellent Verbal and written Communications Skills •Perfect Command of English written and spoken •Preferable a car owner
