Office Administrator (Female Only)

A multinational Company seeks to recruit Office Administrator (Female Only)
Location Cairo, Egypt
Organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Managing filing systems.
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management.
Organizing internal and external meetings.

Typing the agenda and taking minutes.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Prepare time sheets.
Control correspondences.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Strong organizational skills, clear communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
At least 3rd years work experience administrative position
Fluent written & Oral English
Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations
Excellent calendar management skills
Creative thinker/problem solver
Good listening skills
Fast learner
Punctual and Reliable
Proactive and Time Efficient
Positive can-do attitude, upbeat personality
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
