Sales Planner / Executive

A multinational seeks to recruit Sales Planner / Executive
The Sales Planner role is required to report directly to the Account Manager and Account Directors of the team and will have responsibility for the training and development of a Sales Assistant. The role is based in Cairo and will include the day to day administration and sales support.
Assist the Account Managers in the coordination of the sales and strategic efforts, including lead generation and business development.

To help prepare client proposals and presentations
To help develop and maintain both existing and new accounts
Provide exemplary pre & post sales service, including accurate and thorough reports to the Sr. sales account manager on campaign performance and delivery.
To provide support sales material such as market and client reports for the sales team.
Monitor competitive international training company, courses titles.
To help in the management, training, and motivation of the sales assistant
Be detailed and thorough with excel for all reports and marketing campaign tracking, while also being responsible for client invoicing and tracking of all invoices and administration.
Experience / Qualifications Required
At least 3rd years work experience (including general sales and marketing experience, training companies and/or training sales experience).
Proven ability to efficiently manage and priorities multiple accounts
Ability to adapt to and manage new systems and processes.
A team player with evidence of over achievement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly computer literate including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation preparation skills
Highly numerate
