JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Providing users with technical support for all IT related equipments and facilities (printers, notebooks, PCs, etc.) in order to secure the daily business operations and activities.
* Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2003, 2007.
* Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2000 professional, XP, Vista and 7.

* Troubleshoot network connectivity and TCP/IP protocol issues on the client side.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting windows update service on client machines.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting internet explorer 5, 6, 7 and 8 on client machines.
* Basic skills in troubleshooting PC and Laptop hardware issues.
* Basic Knowledge in Lotus Notes mail client application (is a plus).
* Reporting users’ feedback concerning IT related matters to the IT Manager.
* Provide basic knowledge transfer to users on the proper use of hardware machinery and software.
* Fair knowledge of desktop’s common tools such as adobe reader, flash player, CD/DVD burning application and so on.
* Ticket reporting for ongoing support requests.
* Relocation of this job vacancy occupant might be involved according to the business need.

CERTIFICATES : University degree; ICT certificates relevant to this job is a plus.
