2) 0-3 Years of experience in Cisco IPCC and/or Cisco IP Communication or call center experience.
3) CCNA is a must, CCNP and MSCE ar...e preferable
4) Ain Shams or Cairo University graduated is preferable.
5) Strong logical thinking & problem solving skills.
6) Good customer facing communication skills.
7) A strong team player
