Project Controls Manager Job

"
•Develops and maintains systems / procedures related to project planning, scheduling progress measurement and progress reporting.
•Preparation & identification of project risks.
•Prepare risk report to predict risk and Control it in both quantitative and qualitative terms across project program phases.

•Reviews project execution strategies and develops appropriate formats to ensure receipt of all required information from project team / company departments (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Dep.), in a comprehensive manner..
•Establishing progress measurement procedures for all phases of the project including determination of weight factors.
•Collect and compile back-up data for project statistics and ratio calculations.
•Monitor progress, issue schedule status and trend analysis showing forecast dates.
•Review, comment and monitor vendor and construction schedule
•Monitor the reported progress of project team / contractors and ensures that the reports accurately reflect the actual performance and productivity.
•Identifies the critical activities and analyses their impact on the overall project
Completion schedule.
•Identifies area of concern with respect to project progress and suggests corrective
actions for implementation by the project team / contractors in order to avoid /
•Prepare Weekly/Monthly executive reports for submission to Client.
• Assists project Management team in developing the contents / formats for project
•closeout report and review the same on submission by contractors.
•Assist project management team in verification and preparation of physical
progress on monthly basis to enable payments.
•Participates in periodical progress review meetings.
•Issue daily reports formats for project team use, containing activities performed,
manpower, equipment received, area of concern, … etc.
•Initiate and promote the discipline of cost Estimation / control and planning with the
engineering, procurement & construction Departments.
•Preparation of projects cost estimated budgets & analyses the project elements
•required from contract scope of work and schedule related.
•Collecting the required cost data from engineering, procurement and construction
team required for the budget.
•Using financial information for the estimated projects cost (Inflation, currency
expected cost increase, Bank interest, .etc.)
•Using the close out report for future use in next projects cost.
•Preparation of expected cash flow.
•Ensure respect of terms of Company commitments, expenditures control and
invoices verification.
•Providing the company top management, the bases for next 2 years strategic
plan(Clients, type of work, Manpower, Equipments, …etc)
•Providing the company with the required Plans for cash flow improvement.
•Define execution plan, follow up and cost control for company projects.
• Issuing “Company Status Report” to Top Management.
•Issue “Financial Status Report” for the current and Prospective projects
