Housekeeping supervisor /Front disk/Secretary Job - EGICO Group

• Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person/department.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts.
• Setup accommodation and arrangements for visitors.

• Coordinating meeting, maintaining calendars, setting up conference calls, and preparing agendas.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general duties photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex & other couriers' packages.
• Other duties as assigned.
