Service Advisors
Job responsibilities:
Customer Handling: Interfaces with service customers, understands problem and coordinates with
service engineer for vehicle handover, creates job card notification and enters vehicle specifications into system, coordinates with customer on cash collection, billing and vehicle handover upon completion of job with job explanation and cost split.
Requirement:
Education: Engineering graduates in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in service operations
