Marketing Coordinator

General Duties

1. Assists in the preparation of materials and presentation of workshops on best practices in digitally supported instruction.
2. Reviews digital course materials and suggest revisions as needed.
3. Design, implement and manage digital marketing programs including; email marketing, landing page optimization, lead generation and social media.
4. Provide regularly updated online marketing dashboard of performance metrics.
5. Consistent monitoring, reporting and analysis of lead volume trends ensuring optimal return on marketing investment through strategic, cost-effective campaign execution.
6. Manage agencies on the design and development of online creative, including: landing pages, emails, microsites, social media/apps and display advertising.
7. manage integrated online campaigns to support marketing and sales needs.
8. Create and update weekly and monthly marketing reports.
9. Monitor the digital and competitive landscape and identify key trends and developments.
10. Manage campaigns booking and follow up with the publishers.

Needed background, Skills and Experience

1. A strong understanding of Marketing tactics and methodologies.
2. A strong understanding of Internet technologies
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
4. Proficiency in OpenX, Flash, Rich Media, DHTML, CSS…etc.
5. Excellent communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills in English
6. Multi-tasking, organized, and able to contribute to the company’s growth
7. Strong Analytical, research, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
8. Excellent project & time management skills
9. Has the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
