-Personnel Administrator
Job description:
-Conduct Employee Relations activities; Hire & End of employment , update info on SAP system & communicate with NBS
-Deal with all governmental offices; Labor office, Social Insurance Office & Health office
-Monitor all time management activities & coordinates with NBS services to ensure smoothing payroll activities
-Assist in recruitment process of seasonal workers
-Ensure CARE compliance in the area of Employee Relations
Requirements:
- An HR diploma/or HRM, or any HR experience of at least a year. (Fresh graduates are acceptable if they are exceptional, and with high potential)
- Resident in 6th of October, Haram,…..etc
