Description 1) Handling day to day office work. 2) Manage the appointments and schedule. 3) Provide verbal and written translation (French to Arabic/English and vise versa). 4) Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. 5) Meet and greet clients and visitors. 6) Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. 7) Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes. 8) Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. 9) Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. 10) Other Secretarial functions and activities. 
Qualifications  B.Sc. Alsun - B.Sc. Arts (French Section).   Full Knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.  Telephone protocol skills.  Professional verbal and written communication.  Excellent organizational skills.  Ability to work under pressure.
