Training Coordinator

Training Coordinator
Gender: Male
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business
Experience: from 1 to 3 years in the field of training

Duties & Responsibilities:
1-Consult with departmental heads on assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.

2-Stay informed to the relevant skills and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the training section head.

3-Participates in executing the performance management system and other training needs assessment methods to identify the proper training needs

4- Consolidate the individuals’ development plan to produce the annual training plan includes the training budget.

5-Communicating and interpreting the training policy to all the staff.

6- Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, if required.

7- Identify, support selecting external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.

8- Ensures all training activities and materials are available and meet with organizational standards.

9- Monitor, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the training implementation as well as measurement of the training return on investment.

10- Organize the training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

11- Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.

12- Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.

13- Administrates all the educational assistance programs provided by the company to the staff.

14- Participate in formulating and effectively implementing the company in – house training system.

15- Follow up, weekly reports on the OJT system & feedback both line managers and the HR Manager.

16- Conduct monthly meeting with co-trainers & participate in presenting findings and motivational recognition.

17- Participates in developing and updating the competency model of the company & ensures training design, material are aligned with the model.

18- Reports, evaluates the in – house training system on a monthly basis and make recommendations where necessary on training so that all team members are capable of meeting the performance standard.

19- Develops self, and maintains knowledge in relevant field at all times.

20- Assumes other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
