Payroll Specialist

 Payroll Specialist
Gender: Male
Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferably in accounting
Experience: from 1 to 3 years experience in the same field

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.     Assist in preparing salary budget.

2.     Prepare the financial analysis for the employee recommended to be upgrade to a new grade

3.     Prepare any financial analysis needed for the grades and salaries

4.     Entering new hires into payroll Process &system.

5.     Posting changes in pay and tax status, and miscellaneous changes.

6.     Set up employee records in the Payroll/Human Resources information system.

7.  Updates and adjusts employee records upon notice of change in status or deductions.

8.  Answers all correspondence and telephone inquiries concerning Payroll issues.

9.   Employee’s service: Ensuring the highest level of services is provided, improving services quality, highlighting problems facing the employees, reporting complaints & exploring possible solutions, Implementing HR policies & goals along with the company values.

10.   Handling resigned employees' financial dues.
