Maintenance Engineer:
1. Manage machine maintenance, standards, breakdown corrective solutions and changeover reduction to achieve agreed outputs in terms of quality, quantity and time.
2. Ensure effective teamwork is developed and maintained by setting stretching annual objectives, motivating the team, establishing appropriate channels of communication, conducting appraisals and managing individual performance to achieve agreed outcomes and competencies.
3. Lead performance enhancing, initiatives/projects, monitor and report on line/machine performance against agreed performance measures, agreeing targets and action to improve productivity.
4. Set up and maintain the means to provide information to ensure maintenance and changeover activities are minimized to ensure effective Process unit operation.
5. Ensure that all documentation and equipment related are available and, where necessary, completed accurately to meet work schedules and current regulatory and corporate requirements.
6. Ensure that the team members follow procedures and working practices to meet Business needs and GMP and HSE requirements.
7. Ensure that Engineering technical/operational training and development needs are identified and carried out for the Business unit so that skills are attained to meet the needs of the job.
8. Ensure Continuous Improvement to develop sufficient skills and techniques at their disposal to drive up line performance through new initiative
Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: BSc. in Engineering, electrical or mechanical
Languages: Fluent English spoken & written
Experience: Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment or pharmaceutical engineering.
Package: monthly Gross salary is between EGP 5’500-6’000
