Admin Coordinator

We are currently looking for Admin Coordinator for a training center whose responsibilities will include:
•         Maintain Office Files.
•         Preparation and Execution of annual plans.
•         Greet Visitors, Answer Phone and Direct Calls.
•         Develop Administrative Staff by providing information, opportunities and experience
•         Maintain Updated Documents of provided programs
•         Other Administrative tasks as per required.
Requirements And Qualifications:
•         Fluency in English & Arabic with strong communication skills..
•         Strong organizational skills, work under pressure, team player
•         Enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-oriented
•         Administrative Writing Skills, Professional utilization of Microsoft Office Skills.
•         0-3 Years of experience
