OPERATION MANAGER

Urgently required for a fast growing e-commerce multinational company in Egypt,an OPERATION MANAGER with the following job description:

The E-Commerce Operations Manager coordinates efforts among Customer Service, Sourcing, Inbound, Outbound and Delivery to ensure that orders are processed, customers are served, and shipments arrive on time.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ensure the smooth fulfillment of the items sold
• Take fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies
• Manage a team of about 45 people
• Constantly improve and develop new internal processes
• Ensure the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
• Manage relationships with third party service providers 

Position Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• At least five years of experience working in Operations and Logistics (preferred e-commerce) at top level companies
• Detail oriented, very analytical and precise are key attributes for the role
• Smart and energetic individual who will take the initiative in identifying issues and implementing solutions
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
