Alexandria - Chairman Office Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic leading FMCG Company in Alexandria, we are looking for a multi-tasking and highly motivated Chairman Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Chairman office operations and time management, also to provide executive assistant to the Chairman in an effective and efficient manner.

Excellent organizational skills
Calm and professional at all times
Ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
Accurate and quality conscious
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Fluent spoken and written English
Advanced IT skills including Microsoft office packages i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Typing speed min. 60 wpm.
Bachelor Degree with relevant major.
FMCG background is an asset.
Not less than 3 years in admin position
Alexandria resident
