Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect data base.
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agree budget, sales volumes, values product mix and time scale.
- Develop ideas and create offer for major accounts by main market sector and Alamia products.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by post, telephone, e-mail and personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customer through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research competitor and customer survey.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company function necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Follow up sold Ads with operations and maintenance unit.
- Follow up payments and money transactions.
- Follow up contracts renewals.
