* Presentable and enjoys good personal and social skills.



* Has or able to form a good understanding on the different services and business lines an IT Services Company is introducing and selling to its Customers.



* Able to implement creative selling techniques and tools based on market, customer, and product knowledge.



* Able to arrange efficient and effective meetings with potential customers and presenting the products and services in a structured professional manner.



* Able to carry out, executing and monitoring the selling process and sales activities of business lines portfolio, to achieve the required sales targets in existing and potential markets.



* Able to establish and maintain profitable relationships with targeted customers.



* Able to scan customer demands, insights and requirements accurately and translate them into business opportunities.



* Able to transfer all customers’ needs and requirements internally and ensure that they are completely well defined, understood and met.



* Can create accurate and rapid proposals in a professional layout and format.



* Able to negotiate the terms of agreements and closing the deals and able to overcome and challenge any clients' objections.



* Can present periodical results and reports that cover performance indicators and achievements in a logical sequence, whether qualitative or quantitative, and in a professional layout.



* Able to document and organize the selling processes and activities in a logical and scientific manner, and to maintain all relevant information about customers, prospects, and leads.



* Has the skill to monitor the external environment, market trends, competitive situation, and present recommendations that support the sales plans and activities.



* Advising on marketing materials, product development, pricing and special promotions.



QUALIFICATIONS :

- University degree; Sales, marketing and personal skills courses relevant to the job is a plus.



- Minimum three years of practitioner experience in sales activities.



SKILLS :

- Very good communication skills.



- Very good sales skills.



- Good linguistic skills in both Arabic & English, verbal, reading and writing.



- Clear and concise communicator.



- Good customer service ethic - ability to stay efficiently connected with business management as well as with end customers.



- Good team player, takes initiative, accepts accountability and has a sense of urgency to make a difference.



- Good adherence to policies and procedures.



- Work to achieve individual and team goals.
