1.Communicate with line managers to assess their department training needs to ensure training impact on work proficiency.

2.Develop and design training plan on annual basis in coordination with training section head to define training requirements to be approved from management.
3.Contact several training providers to find their availability to implement training needed in an appropriate way.
4.Act as liaison between IMC and Training providers to facilitate training proposed.
5.Check quality of training venue, material, facilities and Instructors resume ensuring it is aligned with the quality standards ofthe company
6.Monitor training implementation process to ensure proper process efficiency.
7.Evaluate training programs conducted to ensure training effectiveness and obtain increasing of ROI.
