Job Description

 Develop marketing strategies and policies to achieve company goals.
 Planning and executing all activities related to the marketing for the company products.
 Develop advertising strategy and media planning for the company and various divisions.
 Perform customer and market research, develop marketing plans & pricing strategies, explore & utilize the business development opportunities and manage the marketing budget.
 Manage and motivate the department team to ensure standards, achieving successful results.
 Building the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies, planning and company policies.
 Manage and ensure the profitability for all products according to the company’s objectives.
 Managing marketing survey, explore new markets and distributors to enhance the sales for all divisions.
 The major challenge of the position is to explore new marketing tactics and find markets in a fairly large geographic area for all the products being manufactured in the company.
 Preparing business strategies for the continuous improvement and penetration to new market, setting up of an effective sales/marketing force capable of meeting the competition in the market and grab maximum share in the market.
 Conduct diligent marketing research such as industry analysis, competitor study, application, product research, price trend and potential customer, for new opportunity and keep ahead of the competition.
 Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products.
 Periodic review of Marketing and sales performance and update the management.

Skills

 University degree preferably in MBA, engineering or Business/Marketing.
 Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Managerial Position for concrete industry in KSA.
 Bilingual (Arabic - English)
 Computer literate & Excellent command in Microsoft Products
 Presentable, with pleasant personality.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
 Customer oriented
 Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
 Excellent strategic and planning capabilities
