A very big multinational bank is looking for a 'Senior Corporate Finance Manager' with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiating with different stakeholders and business units within the group to identify the CF product offering
• Overview implementation of strategic initiative and plans within corporate finance to achieve business targets as per the corporate finance business objectives
... • Communicate/train corporate officers and relationship managers on different products & structures
• Coordinate the discussions with potential CF clients
• Coordinate the discussions with product partners within the group
• Identify new clients/deals and coordinate the client acquisition plan with the corporate banking team
• Incorporate cross-sell opportunities in product offerings
Job Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of experience in the corporate finance and/or banking field
• University degree in business, banking or financial management
• Good understanding of local legislation and regulations
