HR Generalist

Position: - HR Generalist
Job Description: - 
1) Handles the recruitment cycle, starting from receiving the hiring request , identifying the right recruitment channel, coordinating for interviews with the relevant department heads.
2) Executes pre-screening interviews & supports all parties in concern with assessment. 
3) Follows up and coordinates with various recruitment channels and suggests proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates. 
4) Maintains an updated list of participant placements and potential job opportunities to ensure effective and fast recruiting of DivineWorx vacant positions. 
5) Announces the performance appraisal runs, consolidates completed forms, conducts analysis and submits it to the HR Supervisor to review and incorporating it in the overall company performance presentation to top management. 
6) Consolidates the yearly training requests for all the departments and participates in preparing the Organizational Training Plan after the approval of the training needs. 
7) Searches for medical, life insurance and training providers in terms of best terms and prices for the provided courses and suggests the preferred list Processes employees’ medical claims in order to provide a satisfactory medical service and ensure compliance with the set policies and procedures.
8) Responds to employees’ enquiries regarding the HR Systems in order to maintain cooperative relationships. Coordinates HR events activities; related to recruitment, training and development programs.
Qualifications: -
2-4 years B.Sc. in any discipline Experience in a human resources field preferably in a generalist position.
