Main Operational Responsibilities:

Ø Organizes, motivates and leads the sales team

Ø Allocates areas to sales force team;

Ø Sets yearly sales budgets/targets;

Ø Liaises with vendors;

Ø Liaises with customers which includes actual selling;

Ø Maintains detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services;

Ø Keeps abreast of market intelligence.

Ø Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

Ø Prepares and coordinates action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Ø Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Ø Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

Ø Conducts appraisals review with sales team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for improvement and activity performance.

Ø Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Ø Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Ø Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales team members.

Ø Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses.

Ø Provide accurate and timely forecasts using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects,Campaigns, and Leads.

Ø Assists sales team members in preparation of proposals and presentations.

Ø Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Ø Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Ø Recruits, tests, and hires Sales people based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Ø Insures that department members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closures.

Ø Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.

Ø Sets examples for sales team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

Ø Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills.

Ø Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Ø Contributes in promoting and enhancing company culture

Ø Contributes in promoting and enhancing a positively healthy work environment

Ø Performs any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor
Tools & Skills needed for the job:

Ø Experience with enterprise software solutions

Ø Experience in dealing with large, complex organizations.

Ø Experience in CRM

Ø Self-motivation and a good level of autonomy and creativity

Ø Organizational skills needed for handling multiple priorities

Ø Skills for the promotion of positive inter-departmental and customer relations

Ø Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others

Ø Ability to function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure

Ø Resilience abilities

Ø Hierarchal awareness and commitment to discipline and punctuality

Ø Ability to perform duties and responsibilities set forth above in a consistent and efficient manner



Essential Educational Background & Experience:

Ø MBA in business.

Ø Prior experience within industry is required (Six to Eight years of related work experience)

Ø Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written command

Ø Prior PC knowledge/command of Windows based applications





Ø Extensive technical competency in sales management

Ø Extensive technical competency in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management

Ø Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Ø Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams

Ø Extensive technical competency in planning, auditing, and analyzing data

Ø Extensive technical competency in project management
