Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Engineer
Responsibilities:
Open new markets for the industrial services.
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's services
Reaching the sales targets and goals.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer database.
Servicing the needs of the existing customers 
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market 
Developing sales strategies 
Compiling and analyzing sales figures 
Collecting customer feedback and market research 
Reporting to senior management 
Keeping up to date with services and competitors 
To actively promote all services to a wide range of customers including consultants, contractors, suppliers and government sectors.
To ensure prompt follow-up on all sales inquiries and sales prospects diligently. 
Requirements: 
Mechanical engineering university degree.
Certificate or diploma in Marketing/Business Studies or other related qualifications.
Posses 5-7 years sales and marketing/ a Sales Manager experience especially in the industrial development
Must have good selling and communication skills. 
Responsible to establish good contacts with our partners, suppliers and related individuals in the construction industry. 
Must be able to work with minimum supervision. 
Positive, hard working, independent, motivated and computer literate. 
Required language(s): Arabic & English 
Possess own transport with valid driving license. 
Negotiation, communication, presentation and decision making skills 
Ability to develop new procedures and systems 
Leadership skills including - Conflict resolution; problem solving 
Well organized, accurate and ability to work under pressure 
Aptitude for financial figures and for working with financial software 
Computer literate 
Sales oriented 
Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives in terms of market share, sales targets and profitability within the set budget . 
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits. 
Analyze industry trend and competitive landscape; oversee opportunity identification and evaluation; construct business cases; formulate new offers and promotions
Identify long- term market development opportunities. 
Monitor performance relative to the KPIs for marketing & sales dept.
