Key Responsibilities
1. Manage multimedia support for the e-Learning development team & internal clients.
2. Create graphics, animations, videos, and Web interfaces for Web portals, e-learning, and marketing and communications products.
3. Conduct research & create prototypes of Web portals & e-learning products
4. Plan, conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts.
5. Manage and create interactive or animated graphics and videos using a variety of tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as 3D Studio Max, and simulation tools, including Captivate & Articulate.
6. Manage instructional designers, and graphic artists.
7. Transfer training material to graphics
8. Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues and interpret the business needs
9. Produce design solutions to communicate client messages with high visual impact
10. Present ideas to clients and project budgets and schedules
11. Manage all multimedia and graphic designers.
Job Qualifications and Skills
• 3 – 5 years in graphic designing and captivate
• Bachelor in Fine Arts and Graphic Design or any related field.
• Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
