Job Description
The Management Information Specialist performs a variety of communications and information management tasks and activities with Business partners and all departments across the contact center
The Job holder will be reporting on all operations performance, productivity, target achievement and Score cards for all operations employees with different levels

MI specialist will be administrating and performing maintenance on variety of applications developed on MS access
Produce MI/ reports & presentations and check for accuracy to ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
The MI specialist will be reporting and dealing with senior management level directly
Identify and escalate potential showstoppers
Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas and delight internal and external customers


Skills Required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications especially with advance excel applications for handling large data sets.
Good knowledge of MS Access should know how to run and modify queries, reports and forms
Working knowledge of pattern analysis and basic understanding of information architecture
Highly analytical and able to analyze data sets
Attention to details with ability to spot errors and inconsistent data in reports produced
Proficient in research and analysis
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Can work under time pressure
Preferably have experience with systems database servers for downloading data
Visual Basic and SQL statements is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts - 24/7
