GOOGLE APPS SUPPORT ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Job Type: Permanent
Experience: Mid-Junior Level

Cloud Concept - Google Team helps organizations seamlessly make the switch to Google products and supports them along the way. As a Google Apps Support Engineer, you will be helping our customers to "go Google" to ease their transition to Google, and demonstrate the ability of how Google Apps can make businesses more productive, collaborative and innovative.

The Google Apps Support Engineer role is focused on supporting customers, and product deployment
Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of Google's product technology and implementation,
Provide support and resolve customer cases for the Google Apps.
Provide technical assistance and remote troubleshooting support
Engage in the product deployment life cycle from A to Z.
Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers.
Complete assigned project responsibilities.
Conducting Product training sessions for end users and administrators
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Years of Experience:
This position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, as technical support role ,as well as an Associate’s Degree,  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
Experience in Microsoft Windows client/server administration, including OS installation, updates, Active Directory & GPO management and troubleshooting 
Experience with messaging, mail and directory service related standards such as XMPP; SMTP, POP/IMAP, Exchange, Domino, sendmail, Postfix; Active Directory, LDAP.
Experience in LAN networking, including DHCP, DNS, switches and firewalls
Experience with Android and Apple (iPhone/IPad) mobile devices
Experience in: SaaS/Cloud, Enterprise IT Management and Security, Python, Google Apps Gmail, Sites, Drive, Vault)  is a big plus.
Experience in providing End-user support and training.
Passion for helping people succeed with technology
Ability to communicate effectively
Highly self-motivated and independent
Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
Lives close to Heliopolis - New Cairo.
Candidate will support customers in UAE and Egypt
