job title : Senior Analyst Admin - Full Time
Description of Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Office administration.
2. General & administration cost management.
3. Purchasing as per NOL procedure.
4. Responsible for yearly business plan for the admin.
5. Set up and improve admin activities meeting with local and corporate policy.
6. Ensure purchasing activities meeting with NOL procedure with best result to APL/APLL.
7. Monitor and control G&A budget, especially for admin cost centre. 8.Review all G&A contract, assist in negotiations and filing enter to APL/APLL Egypt.
9. Ensure all AFE project and non AFE project perform timely meeting with local and corporate requirement at the best price.
10. Controlling Fixed Assets recording and stock taking.
11. Enforce the company rules and regulation to admin staff.
12. Monitor and supervise company drivers.
13. Company contracts review and renewal and negations.
14. Ensure purchasing activities meeting with SA procedure.
15. Company cars Reports and maintenance on time.
16. Stationary and office items.
17. Managing the admin warehouse items.
18. Responsible for the company events (preparations and follow-up). 19.Handling visa issues and hotel booking including the Expats working in Egypt.
20. Implementing coding system for all company items (included the items on the branches and the warehouse).
21. Present to Weekly and monthly and quarterly and yearly report to HRM. 22.Assist in reviewing and updating the admin process.
23. Assist in Implementing Admin Hand Boo.
24. Ensure the safety and security policy on place.

Qualifications Requirements :
Years of Experience: At Least 3 years.
University graduate with finance or accounting background.
