-Under general supervision,approves credit accommodations with a monitored level of risk or difficulty

-Facilitates regular review and col...lection of current and previously charged-off accounts,including monitoring of ongoing lawsuits and related activity

-Responsible for risk assessment and risk management

-Possesses intermediate knowledge of credit and collection laws and statutes

-Maintain and establish customer relationships that facilitate collections

-Gathers current financial information for use in risk and financial management

-5 years experience in credit and collection

-Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and basic requirements to support same
