Not less than 6 years of professional Java development experience

*Good awareness of the following Technologies:
•J2EE/J2SE programming, Servlets, EJB & JSP.
...•Solid knowledge of SQL, stored procedures is a must.

•Cisco IPCC server know-how is urgent.
•IP Telephony solution / protocols know-how is a plus.
•Experience using Eclipse / WSAD and JBoss AS.
•Experience with Struts / IDEs.

Job Title Graphic Designer
Description •Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. •Lay out pages, draw logos, redraw logos, do text corrections. •Use computer software to generate new images. •Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts. •Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer. •Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed. •Develop graphics and layouts for e-learning products. •Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure that creative intent and results are achieved at the highest level. •Prepare screens, discussing them with supervisors and making necessary changes. •Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts. •Develop negatives and prints to produce layout photographs, using negative and print developing equipment and tools. •Produce still and animated graphics for e-learning programs, using Macromedia Flash.
Qualifications 1.Strong experience in Photoshop and Macromedia flash 2.Good experience in “Sound forge”. 3.Good at Dreamweaver and XML. 4.Good knowledge of Flash Action Script. 5. 1-2 year experience in Graphic Design 6. Good knowledge in Adobe After Effect 7.Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to frequent demands of multiple clients (internal and external). 8.Creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. 9.Listens to others and accepts input from team members. 10.Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally. 11.Contribute to an environment that is conducive to producing breakthrough ideas. 12.Displays a positive attitude. 13.Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work. 14. Expert attention to details 15.Comfortable with tight deadlines; must be proactive and able to multi-task.
