Job Description: •Handling employee’s Mobile business lines . • Following up investigation requests. • Perform other related duties as required •Providing Assistance to HR Manager •Following up employees contracts renewals, change status, social insurance, medical Insurance ...etc. • Collect the training needs for each department manager. • Review the training records for the employees and prepare a training plan. • Providing the Introductory Training for any new employee • Prepare employee training record for each employee and keep it in the employee’s file • Select the instructor for the internal training according to the training subject.
