Job Description
Functional Role for the Back Office Support Engineer of 2G RAN area belonging to RAN Back Office department within the Etisalat MS Team. RAN Back Office Support works on 24X7 on shift basis.
2G RAN Back Office Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining the normal operation of network 2G RAN services and /or resources in a way the fulfils Managed Services SLA’s and KPI’s commitments.
In addition, 2G RAN Back Office Support Engineer Functional Role is responsible for the below functions:
