Roles and Responsibilities



* Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2008

* Develop new functionality on the organization’s existing software products

Qualifications and Educational Qualifications



* BSc. Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent years of experience

Required Technical Skills



* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance

* Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET

* Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices

* Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures

* Experience with JQuery or similar technologies

Roles and Responsibilities:



* Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Call center, IT and Finance & Logistics), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions

* Lead the technical design and development efforts of SharePoint-related engagements

* Proficient in C#, SharePoint 2007, and .NET Framework

* Strong knowledge of web development (XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, DOM, XML, and XSLT)

* Experience with .NET 3.0 technologies including WCF, WPF, and WF, SharePoint 2007 development

* Knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and web services

* Experience with Agile Development Practices

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project needs, and work under tight deadlines
