This position serves as an expert in design theory and implementation to create designs for web-based graphics and flash animation for a variety of client needs.
The Flash Designer is responsible for the development and execution of web-based graphic design, UI design and Flash animation. The Flash Designer will be responsible for the brainstorming and creation of a broad variety of design assignments from concept through final production. This position will work with a team of developers, project managers and other graphic designers.
Technical / Professional Requirements
•Experience in adobe Flash, Action Script
•Knowledge of PHP, XML, Action Script 3
•Design and create custom, innovative, and effective web designs
•Develop content into dynamic multimedia pages

■Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Freehand and Dreamweaver.(Other Designing programs are a plus)
■Knowledge of Java script
■Good understanding of web standards and WEB 2.0 design styles
■Good knowledge of dealing with AJAX servers
■Good knowledge of Macromedia Flash
