To plan, direct and manage all required operational, procurement, financial, development and administrative activities regarding our clients Facilities Management section for Egypt.
Ensure all schedules and budgets are studied carefully and commented on in terms of their feasibility for execution.
To show and demonstrate effective leadership style that will motivate the teams to be committed to their work with discipline and enthusiasm.
Define and monitor budget and the cash flow analysis
Keep a track of the projects by following up progress of execution on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Drive the supporting departments to provide the team all the necessary information for making the right execution decisions, and provides them with all the information they need to make his needs available on time and with high accuracy.
Ensures effective utilization of the company’s resources (equipment, materials, cash and people).
Makes sure all the staff are motivated and willing to carry out and complete designated tasks beyond expectations.
